Jeremy is the founder of two fintech businesses; Every, a neobank for solopreneurs, which sold to Wave Accounting in 2019, and Ratio, a payments platform used by top crypto wallets and DeFi protocols.

Before starting Every, Jeremy was the Canada Country Manager at Pivotal/Tanzu, a leading digital transformation partner to financial services clients, including Citi, RBC, Scotiabank, Manulife, and ATB Financial.

Since starting Kinvie in 2020, Jeremy has helped clients build new businesses ranging from day to day banking, to credit cards, to global remittances.

Macully has led the strategy and growth of one of the world’s most comprehensive fintech product portfolios, spanning unsecured lending, mortgages, crypto trading, self-directed stock trading, debit and credit cards, insurance, credit protection, and managed investing.

In his last role as Vice President of Product at Mogo (TSX & NASDAQ), he worked with North America’s top technology and financial institutions building innovative products. By 2023, this portfolio had generated over $300M CAD in revenue and served over 2 million Canadian consumers.

Today, Macully specializes in seamlessly integrating into fast-paced fintech environments as a fractional Chief Financial Services Officer. He guides teams in evaluating high-stakes product opportunities, establishing strategic financial services partnerships, and building the necessary infrastructure. With a relentless focus on execution, he navigates complex challenges to bring innovative products to market.
